End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using ShotFile you accept the terms of this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree do not install or use the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

License grant

ShotFile grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ShotFile on Macs you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.

Ownership

ShotFile and all intellectual property rights in it remain the exclusive property of its operator. This agreement grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of it. Nothing in this agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Permitted use

You may use ShotFile for personal and professional purposes. You may install it on multiple Macs you own or control.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer ShotFile or any rights in it to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of ShotFile. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on ShotFile. You may not use ShotFile to build a competing product.

Paid licenses

When a paid license is introduced, your license key is personal and non-transferable. Each license key may be activated on a limited number of devices as specified at the time of purchase. You may not share, sell, or transfer your license key to another person.

Updates

ShotFile may deliver updates automatically. These updates may add, modify, or remove features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination you must delete all copies of ShotFile from your devices.

No warranty

ShotFile is provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the software including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of ShotFile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software.

Disputes and use at your own risk

You use ShotFile entirely at your own risk. By downloading, installing, or using ShotFile you agree not to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against the operator or the tool in any court or tribunal. Any such claim will not be entertained. If you do not accept this, do not use ShotFile.
